WHAT: PRIMARY CANDIDATES AND ISSUES FORUM.
WHERE: First Congregational Church of Akron 292 E Market Street
WHEN: 11:30 a m- 2 p m (11:30 presentation of unopposed candidates)
WHO: Candidates with opponents in the Primary will speak (with a TIME limit); Regional representatives will speak on: gas aggregation-Charter change-City of Akron; Norton School Levy-Norton Safety Services Renewal Levy; Coventry Tax Levy; Cuyahoga Falls Library Levy.
WHY: It's election season - TIME TO SPRING INTO A C T I O N:
1. Voting allows citizens the chance to have a voice in government and law.
2. Voting promotes a sense of belonging and civic pride.
3. Voting is the most basic piece in community involvement.
